Queensland changes legislation for regulated surgical cosmetic procedures

From 1 January 2018, legislative changes to surgical cosmetic procedure regulations under the Private Health Facilities Act 1999 in Queensland will be introduced, meaning prescribed cosmetic surgical procedures will be required to take place in licensed premises.
