Cosmetic tourism complications

The purpose of submitting a Cosmetic Tourism Complication Form is to report any complications following cosmetic surgery performed outside Australia. Over time, this data will help contribute to the improvement of safety standards in the industry.

Are you submitting a complication?

For patients wishing to submit a complication form, we suggest requesting your Australian Specialist Plastic Surgeon submits this on your behalf. If you would like to talk to us regarding that, please call our office on 02 9437 9200.  

ASPS members submitting cosmetic tourism complications can do so by logging into the member portal.
