Dr Rughani is a fully qualified Specialist Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon based in Brisbane & North Lakes. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and Royal College of Surgeons in England. Milap completed his Plastic Surgery training in Oxford UK in 2016, thereafter completed 2 more years of fellowships in Australia and has been working as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Brisbane since 2019. He continues to have a research interest and passion for teamwork in theatre and promoting patient safety in surgery. Milap has also produced his own podcast with the aim of improving education and learning in plastic surgery for all.
