Dr Fraser Gilmour is a consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS). Dr Gilmour is based at Barwon Plastic Surgery at Epworth Hospital in Waurn Ponds, Geelong. He specializes in skin lesions, hand surgery and trauma.
