Wellness retreat: Member-only event

The 2023 Wellness Retreat will be a two-and-a-half-day event, specifically tailored for plastic surgeons to enhance their wellness. The retreat will be held in Murwillumbah, NSW from 3-5 November and will offer:

• Access to physical wellness activities including plans for a ride down the new Northern Rivers rail trail and a surfing lesson at Byron Bay.
• Mental wellness sessions focusing on how to prevent burnout; meditation with  wellness coach, James Emmett; and a session with voice coach, Dianne Eden focusing on clarity and empathy with voice.
• A refresh of your skill base in photography and art (sculpting).
• Dinner with your collaborators on the Saturday evening at the award winning Tweed River House.

Murwillumbah is lush North Coast NSW hinterland at its very best. Set in the middle of an extinct volcanic caldera, the sleepy village is the gateway to The Tweed region’s greatest cultural and natural attractions, from the world’s largest expanse of tropical rainforest to world-class galleries.
