Making a Complaint

Any ASPS member may make a complaint about another member or a non-member to the ASPS Chief Executive. The Chief Executive will refer any complaint to the ASPS Ethics Committee for its decision or referral to RACS or a regulatory body as per the ASPS Code of Practice.

All members of the public can make a complaint/notification about the conduct, health and performance of a practitioner or student to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
