Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
Unauthorized photography during the Congress sessions is strictly prohibited. Attendees taking photographs may have photos deleted and may be asked to leave.
The official language of the Congress is English.
Your official Congress name badge must be worn at all times, as it is your entry to all sessions and functions. Entry to anyone not wearing their name badge will be refused.
Every effort is made to ensure people with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, please include a notation with your registration form to enable us to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
By registering for the Convention, you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance at PSC 2019 your image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of PSC 2019, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the PSC 2019. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the PSC 2019 Congress Office. The PSC 2019 Congress including the Congress Organisers will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of PSC 2019 Congress and exhibition or related events.
