Dr Hunt's full title is Dr Jeremy A. Hunt MBBS FRACS. It takes six to 10 years to earn those two acronyms at the end of your name - in Dr Hunt's case, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine degree from Sydney University in 1990 (the MB part), followed by further study for his Bachelor of Surgery (BS) and yet more study to attain his status as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (yep, FRACS) and member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgery. Still not satisfied, Dr Hunt went on to hone his skills even further by completing a Fellowship at the prestigious University of Texas in the United States, where he learnt from some of the world's very best plastic surgeons.
