The Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) website provides general information about plastic surgery. General information is not a substitute for professional medical advice and treatment, and should not be accepted in place of or in preference to a consultation with a qualified surgeon. Any interaction with ASPS through the website, including emails to and from info@plasticsurgery.org.au do not replace a consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon. ASPS recommends you always obtain specific advice for your individual needs from a member of ASPS.

ASPS will not be liable in any way whatsoever (including for negligence) for any loss, damage (including incidental, special or consequential damages), costs or expenses suffered, arising out of, or in any way connected with the use of, or reliance on, this website, to the extent permitted by law.

All warranties and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law. You may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights in relation to the supply of goods or services that cannot lawfully be excluded by ASPS (Nonexcludable Rights). To the extent permitted by law, ASPS’s liability in respect of any Nonexcludable Rights shall be limited, at ASPS’s option, to:

a) the replacement or repair (or the cost of replacement or repair) of the goods; or

b) the supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having them supplied again.

In some instances, the live stories will sometimes display a different profile image or name to represent the individual.  This is to protect their identity, however the story behind the procedure is an accurate reflection of what occurs.
