Why submit a complication form?

The purpose of submitting a surgical tourism complication form is to report any complications you are made aware of following reconstructive or cosmetic surgery performed outside Australia. Over time, we believe this data will help contribute to the improvement of safety standards in the industry. Please note that only deidentified  data will be used for research purposes.
