Dr Rtshiladze is an Australian trained specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He enjoys surgical cases across the spectrum of plastic surgery. His training and special interests include: skin cancer surgery, melanoma management, reconstructive surgery, paediatric plastic surgery and paediatric craniofacial surgery.
Dr Rtshiladze graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS). He continued training in surgery at multiple tertiary referral centres across the Sydney area. In 2010 he completed a Master of Surgery (MS) at the University of Sydney for which he was awarded the John Loewenthal Medal for his research in skin transplantation.
Dr Rtshiladze then completed specialist surgical training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery culminating in him being awarded a FRACS with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and specialist recognition with AHPRA.
