Mr David Ying

David was raised and educated in Melbourne, having completed his undergraduate medical degree at the University of Melbourne where he graduated with honours.
David then trained in general surgery for two years before beginning his long held wish to pursue a career in Plastic Surgery.
David’s specialist training began in Sydney before moving back to Melbourne, where he trained in various hospitals throughout the city, including The Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Royal Children’s Hospital. During this time David has been trained and mentored by many plastic surgeons, but in particular by Guy Dowling, from whom David has taken over the practice. David is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and is a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons. David always strives to treat all patients with respect, listen to their needs and to provide the very best in surgical and post-operative care.
