Professional Profile
Lip completed his medical training at the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 1995, graduating with degrees of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
After a further 10 years of post graduate training in General and Vascular Surgery – including 5 years of comprehensive specialist training through Royal Perth Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital, Lip became a Specialist Plastic Surgeon in 2007 when he was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He undertook post-fellowship training in hand, breast, craniofacial and cosmetic surgery at Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital in the United Kingdom, the Universitäts Spital Zürich in Switzerland, Mannheim Beauty Clinic in Germany, Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam and Scheveningen Cosmetic Clinic in the Hague.
In 2010, he returned to Perth to work in private practice.
