Reporting complications arising from surgical tourism

The purpose of submitting this form is to report patient complications experienced by Australians, following reconstructive or cosmetic surgery performed outside Australia. Over time, this data will help contribute to the improvement of safety standards in the industry. Note that only a summary of de-identified data will be used for ASPS-approved research and reporting purposes.

ASPS wish to acknowledge The British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) who have made a vital contribution in this area, by establishing a British-based surgical tourism complication form, ensuring better management of complications from procedures abroad.

Are you submitting a complication?
