Australian and New Zealand Facial Nerve Group
The Australian and New Zealand Facial Nerve Group (ANZFNG) is a new cross‑specialty collaboration bringing together clinicians, surgeons, researchers, and allied professionals committed to improving outcomes for people with facial nerve disorders. Formed jointly by ASPS and ASOHNS, the group provides a shared platform for expertise, education, and innovation.
By joining the group, members gain access to a growing professional community and a coordinated program of newsletters, webinars, and educational activities designed to support best practice and strengthen multidisciplinary care. Participation also enables early visibility of emerging research, opportunities for collaboration, and updates on national and international developments in facial nerve management.
The group is open to all clinicians with an interest in facial nerve work and aims to foster a culture of shared learning, collegiality, and high‑quality patient‑centred care across Australia and New Zealand.
